Personalised items (any item that is ordered to specific requirements, eg made to a certain size, personalised with photos, names etc), cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
If an item is faulty please make sure you inform me within 7 days of receiving it. To do this please send a message via the 'Contact Us' page. We can then either arrange to rectify the problem or if that is not possible then a refund on return will be issued once it has been confirmed to be faulty.
